The West African Gaming Expo 2016 conference (WAGE) is scheduled to take place in Lagos State Nigeria on 9 November, 2016. The 3 day event will consist of a 2 day game development training which will be held in locations across Lagos State and a 1 day Conference and Exhibition 

This years WAGE theme is "Live Learn Play Africa" aims to introduce attendees to the worldwide gaming industry, and educates them on steps they need to take to be successful in the gaming industry, and showcase how games can be of benefit to the African community.

Participants interested in taking part in WAGE 16 Conference will have the opportunity to educate attendees on the basics of games development and animation creation, sell products and services, launch new products, and much more. The introduction of affordable devices such as Mobile phone, Tablet, PC and cheaper internet services has lowered the barrier of entry into the world wide gaming industry, and through WAGE 16 Conference more African stakeholders will be introduced to the Gaming industry.
