Basketmouth, Bovi, Others Battle for Comedians Award At Comedy Jam 2014.

The Biggest comedy show yet is set to hold this November.

Top Lagos indigenous radio station Naija fm 102.7 is set to officially recognize funny acts who have managed to put a smile on the faces of Nigerians in the last 12 months!

This follows the official announcement of nominees for this year’s , an aspect of the Naija fm Annual Comedy Jam!

The Naija fm Comedy jam is a fusion of the best of Nigerian music performance, dance, standup comedy and award ceremony to appreciate contributors in comedy entertainment. The annual show brings together the best of Nigerian comedians, musicians and true fans of the radio station under the same roof for a night of fun.

Acts lined up for this year’s edition slated to hold at the Shell Hall of the Muson Centre Onikan, Lagos on Sunday the 2nd of November, include Starboy Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Lil Kesh, Omawunmi, Mavins, Wande Coal and Solid Star to name a few. Standup comedy will be provided by Elenu, A.Y. Ajebo, Ushbebe, Helen Paul among many others.

Categories for awards include; Comedian of the year, Comedy Actor of the year, Sitcom of the year, Comedy Event of the year, Comedy TV show of the year, Upcoming comedian of the year, and Internet Comedy Sensation of the year.

Nominees include Akpororo, Bovi, Seyi Law, I go die and Gordons for ; Man on Fire (Bovi), Uncensored (Basketmouth), Standing Ovation (Odogwu), Igos Live (Igos), and Akpororo versus Akpororo (Akpororo) for Comedy event of the year, amongst other categories and nominees.

The highlight of the show is the of a plot of land via a raffle draw to a lucky fan!
