Lai Mohammed, Akinwumi Ambode, Donald Duke attend Lagos at 50 special edition
Guests experienced jazz and fashion in one unforgettable night as Sweet Sound Promotions alongside the Lagos state government celebrate Lagos at 50.
The classy night fused with jazz music and fashion at its best held at Eko Hotel & Suites on Sunday, 30 April, 2017.
Grammy award winner and American Saxophonist, Najee and UK Singer-songwriter, Joss Stone gave breathtaking performances that amazed the crowd majority of whom are adults.
Guests at the event include Wife of the Vice-president, Oludolapo Osinbajo, Minister for Information, Culture & Tourism, Lai Mohammed, Governor of Lagos state, Akinwumi Ambode and wife, Deputy Governor of Lagos state, Idiat Oluranti Adebule, former Governor of Cross river, Donald Duke, Tony Elumelu and many more.

The event which was also held to celebrate international Jazz Day also witnessed performances from some of Nigeria’s finest entertainers such as Yinka Davies, Heavy Wind, Tosin Alao and Sweet Sound.
It also featured haute couture from Jewel by Lisa, and a runway show that captures the evolution of Lagos over the last five decades.
Runway Jazz 2017 Special Edition, is a collaboration with the Lagos State government, in celebration of Lagos @ 50.
