Mista Silva - 'B.A.D'

Silva continues to fly the flag for a progressive Africa and the African diaspora with the release of the gritty Kojey Radical-directed visuals.

Having just bagged an Urban Music Award for best African Act, Mista Silva kicks off 2015 with a punchy Jamaican dancehall-inspired single in the shape of ‘B.A.D’ (an acronym for Best. Achieving.Don) interlaced with the uplifting vibes of traditional Ghanaian music.

Fresh off the back of a Silver Screen Nation Film and TV Awards nomination for his last video and still a little hungover from last year’s MOBO nomination, Silva continues to fly the flag for a progressive Africa and the African diaspora with the release of the gritty Kojey Radical-directed visuals.

Described by the Guardian as the “Afrobeats fashionista and musician who will own 2015”, there’s still more to come from this South London talent than simply his exceptional vocals.

‘B.A.D’is released on 5 April on iTunes and is already available for pre-order.
