Pop star says second album to drop in April 2015

Davido has announced when fans should expect his second body of work.

Nigerian pop star Davido has announced when his fans should expect his highly anticipated second album. Via Twitter yesterday, Sunday December 28, he revealed that his next body of work will be out in April 2015. "Album out in APRIL BUT TONITE ITS ALL BOUT#OLIC."

He however didn't disclose the exact date and title of the album. Davido's second album will likely feature the hit singles 'Skelewu', 'Aye', and 'Gobe'. Earlier in the year, the pop singer announced that he will not be dropping an album in 2014 because he wanted to concentrate on promoting other acts on his label.

Davido's first album Omo Baba Olowo: The Genesis was released in 2012.
