The show is over and it isn't easy to accept that Kechi and all of her awesomeness will no longer be available weekly.
What's next for Kechi now that the reality show is over? There are variety of options, and Pulse Movies has put together three things she could do.
1. Host an inspirational talk show
On December 10, 2005, Kechi became one of the two survivors of the Sosoliso Airline Flight 1145 crash that took the lives of 107 passengers.
Sharing her story on America's Got Talent, Kechi was bold, powerful and inspiring. She showcased her oratory skills by elevating a simple speech to a place of inspiration and empowerment.
Without doubt, she has the persona needed to tell a story and inspire millions on TV.
2. Write a memoir
Following the crash, Okwuchi suffered third-degree burns over 65% of her body and has gone through and survived over 100 surgeries since then.
Despite all, she has emerged a success: In 2015, she graduated from the University of Saint Thomas, in Texas, USA, with a First Class Degree. She also got invited into six honour societies, including the International Economics Honour Society.
There are definitely several book publishers who would offer millions for the rights to her account as a survivor and inspiration to many.
3. Start an NGO
After graduation, Kechi worked at a non-profit organization in Houston. According to her, she had no time for internships as she was always in and out of surgery.
It is plausible that Kechi would one day start an NGO that would empower and inspire men and women around the world.
