5 things we learned from season 4 trailer

Tiwa has a new father and her one-night stand from season 3 is back. Here are five things we learned from the enjoyable "Skinny Girl in Transit" season 4 trailer.

While we anticipate the return of the show, Pulse Movies has been analyzing every clue that has surfaced online. And the latest is a two-minute trailer, which offers a whole lot more to discuss.

Below, we share five key points from the enjoyable trailer.

1. There's a new guy

The trailer opens with Bassey from Big Brother Naija, showing off his ripped abs while introducing himself to Tiwa as Ayo.

Anyway, nothing probably happens between them, as Mide shows up right on time to stake his claim.

2. Lots of kissing this new season

Apparently, Tiwa and Mide are officially dating, and this relationship comes with a lot of kissing. The trailer offers several intimate scenes and public display of affection between the new couple.

3. Wosilat is still dramatic

"Mummy, e no dey,"  Wosilat says to Mama Tiwa, checking Tiwa's finger for an engagement.

From the scene, it's obvious that two things aren't missing; Wosilat's outrageous makeup and exaggerated attempt at humour.

4. Norbert Young joins as Tiwa's father

If the family wall photo is anything to go by, Nollywood veteran Norbert Young, who has been on a roll this year, has replaced Jude Chukwuka as Tiwa and Salewa's father.

5. Tiwa's one night stand is back

In season six, while away on an official trip in Abuja, Tiwa met and had a one night stand with a  French guy named Fabrice.

Fabrice makes an appearance in the just released season 4 trailer, and by the look of things, he has a relationship with Mide.

"Skinny Girl in  Transit" is a web series that tells the story of a young Nigerian woman, Tiwa, who is under pressure from her mother to lose weight and find a husband.

The third season came to an end with a romantic moment between Tiwa and Mide, who confessed and accepted their feelings for each other.

The season will return with old cast including Timini Egbuson, Ngozi Nwosu, Abimbola Craig, Ayoola, Bisola Aiyeola and Sharon Ooja.
