Power of Love is a Nollywood movie that featured Ramsey Nouah, Genevieve Nnaji, Steph Nora Okere among others.

The 2002 Nollywood romance movie "Power of Love" was a typical Telemundo telenovela: an obsessed ex, huge secret among the characters, a fight that led to the villains death.

Pulse Movies has put together 10 things we remember about the movie.

1. Juliet (Genevieve Nnaji) is injured by a hit and run driver Sandra (Steph Nora Okereke) whose ex-boyfriend Chris (Ramsey Nouah) left her for Juliet.

2. Before Chris travelled abroad, he met Sandra to help him with some money. She embarrassed him, describing his American dream as a "fairy tale," before driving off with her new boyfriend.

3. Juliet funded his trip by stealing her father's money. So when Chris returned to Nigeria, he wanted to settle down with Juliet.

4. But when Chris informed his now wealthy family, they vehemently refused, insisting that he wouldn't marry a paralysed woman.

They asked him to return the money she gave him with interest.

5. In a Telemundo style,  Sandra lied to Juliet about Chris, convinced her to break up with him. Sandra eventually got married to Chris.

6. After Juliet regained her movement, she paid a visit to Chris and found out that he was married to Sandra. She also found out that Sandra was behind her accident.

They all have a big fight which ended with Sandra's death.

7. Chris and Juliet finally got married but are unable to have children. Chris began to cheat on Juliet with an old friend Mary, who eventually lied to him about being pregnant for him.

8. Mary was actually paid by Sandra's late sister Cynthia (Jennifer Eliogu) to separate the couple.

9. Cynthia pretended to be old friend of Juliet's father just to get close to her. However, she was drugging her drink, preventing her from getting pregnant.

10. After Juliet found out, she exchanged their drinks, killing Cynthia. Also during a fight with Mary, she was killed by a stray bullet.
