Reality show is back, calls for entries

BET reality show 'Top Actor Africa' has expanded its search for acting talent Africa-Wide, as it announces audition dates in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.

hit 'is on the hunt for the hottest acting talent on the continent, ahead of season 2.

In the coming weeks,is staging public auditions in Lagos Nairobi and Johannesburg, aimed at searching for talented actors of every description.

Winning the 'Top Actor Africa' title isn't all there's to gain.  A career-launching prize package that includes US$10,000 cash, a one-year contract with international representation, and access to Hollywood auditions are also to be won.

Top ActorAfricaauditions will be held in Lagos on October 5 - 7, Nairobi  - October 10, and Johannesburg on October 14 - 16.

Hosted by South African movie star  ('Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom' and  'Generations'), the first season was won by South African drama student , an increasingly popular figure on itself, where she now hosts an entertainment news show, .

will test the actors to the limits over seven weeks in nine vigorous acting challenges, taking them through every genre from comedy, Theatre, Soapie, Commercial, Romance, Horror, Drama and Action.

Along the way they will work with Hollywood and local industry experts including celebrity actors, casting agents, directors, producers, managers and writers.
