"The Walking Dead" Glenn's fate revealed on last night's episode of show [Video]

After four episodes of patiently waiting, fans of "The Walking Dead" finally got answers regarding the fate of Glenn Rhee. Watch video.

Twitter was sent into mourning after the third episode of “The Walking Dead” titled “Thank You,” killed off one of show’s much loved character Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun).

The episode which made it look like the character faced a gruesome death, was followed by the removal of his name from the program’s opening credit.

There were however theories that the character somehow survived, and could not possibly be dead.

On Sunday’s episode titled “Heads Up,” it was revealed that Glenn is indeed alive, proving some of the theories true.

The episode revealed that the walkers ate up Nicholas’ intestines, and Glenn pulled himself under the dumpster to stay alive, while Enid appeared, saving and providing him with water.

The emotional  scene kicked off the intense episode, which ended with a tower falling and taking down a portion of the wall around Alexandria, exposing the town to a mass of walkers on the other side of the fence.

The finale episode of show is scheduled to air next Sunday, November 30, 2015.

AMC recently renewed the show for a seventh season.
