Tana Adelana is one actress who is good at keeping her personal life private.

In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, the actress and presenter spoke on how and why she keeps her family away from the limelight.

She also spoke on why she doesn't attend every event.

"I try to keep my husband out of the limelight. He is also a very shy person, which helps." Tana said.

Because, when people see his face, then obviously, they are going to try to dig up something from their heads, or make up stories,' she added.

According to the actress, she also tries not to be everywhere;

"Try not to be everywhere. Because, when people see you everywhere, it gives them the opportunity to talk.

Speaking on attending events, Tana said "Yes, I pick and choose the events that I attend. If the event doesn't concern me or somebody close to me, you won't see me there."
