Fathia Balogun Is Best Yoruba Actress
Nollywood actress and prolific producer, Fathia Balogun has been crowned the Best Yoruba Actress at the 2014 Yoruba Movies Academy Award, YMAA, which was held at the Civic Center, Agodi, Ibadan, Oyo State, last week.
Fathia who is always a stand out performer when it comes to interpreting her roles, took the crown for her role in the movie Opo and despite her marital troubles with ex-husband, Saheed Balogun, she has continued to shine and move on to greater heights.
She has acted and produced box office movies like Arewe oru, Ilari, Mayawa, Makomi, Omo Afe, Omidan Olaitan and Obiripo.
