Netflix has landed the rights to produce a movie starring Rihanna and Lupita Nyong'o.

The call for a movie featuring the duo kicked off after a photo of the two women at a Miu Miu fashion show in 2014 went viral.

A Twitter user created a movie concept off the photo, with Twitter users approving and seeking that Issa Rae write a script and Ava DuVernay helm the project.

The idea of a movie with Rihanna and Nyong'o was so appealing that even both stars approved on Twitter.

The movie is finally happening with Rihanna, Nyong'o and Ava DuVernay officially on board, while "Insecure" Issa Rae is in talks to write the script.

Reacting to the news, DuVernay, who is popular for "Selma," said she's ready to 'call action for these queens.'

Netflix are reportedly eyeing the film for a 2018 release
