Which classic Nollywood movie would you love to watch as a TV show? From "Keeping Faith" to "State of Emergency," check out our list.
With that in mind, Pulse Movies put together a list of classic movies we would love to see adapted into TV series with a modern twist.
Will we ever get a sequel to the hit action thriller "State of Emergency," which remains one of the best works of Teco Benson?
Directed by Teco Benson, the movie starred Saint Obi, J.T Tom West as Charles, Kunle Coker, Bimbo Manuel, Emeka Okoro, Robert Peters, Livinus Ochiri, Ernest Azuzu, Ashely Nwosu, Gentle Jack, Rachael Oniga, Bruno Iwuoha, Emeka Ani, Ejike Asiegbu, among others.
The movie told the story of a group of terrorist who invaded a town to disrupt the peace in the nation through kidnap and murder. The terrorists who were identified as former members of squad twelve in the military, kidnapped and held hostage nine ministers.
The terrorists' ransom was the release of some prisoners held hostage as spies in Angola.
With a TV series starring actors like Bimbo Manuel, Rachel Oniga, Deyemi Okanlawon, Robert Peters, Kunle Rhemmy, Enyinna Nwigwe, Okey Uzoeshi, Gentle Jack, Sambasa Nzeribe and Daniel K Daniel, it would be an interesting watch.
The 1996 movie starred Richard Mofe Damijo as Tega, a young man from a wealthy background, who falls in love with a woman Peggy (Ego Boyo) from a poor background.
A TV series with Gideon Okeke as Tega and Damilola Adegbite as Peggy would definitely be an interesting watch.

Without doubt one of the best love stories ever, "Keeping Faith" starred Richard Mofe Damijo, Genevieve Nnaji, Joke Silva, Bimbo Akintola among others.
If this classic should be made into a TV series, we would expect a cast capable of bringing on the chemistry and passion from movie.
A perfect "Keeping Faith" TV series would be one starring Adesua Etomi and Gideon Okeke in lead roles, alongside Richard Mofe Damijo and Bimbo Akintola in the father-mother roles, Bayray McNwizu and Weruche Opia as the crazy friends.
According to Nollywood actor, Ramsey Nouah, a sequel to the 1992 classic, which starred Kenneth Okonkwo as Andy, is in the works.
"Living in Bondage" starred Francis Agu, Kanayo O Kanayo, Kenneth Okonkwo, Okechukwu Ogunjiofor, Ngozi Nwosu, Bob Manuel among others.
While the above mentioned actors could reprise their roles in a TV remake of the classic, we also would not mind a modern TV series starring Deyemi Okanlawon, Ramsay Nouah, Muyiwa Ademola, Adesua Etomi, Kemi Lala Akindoju, Ali Nuhu among others.
The classic starred Richard Mofe Damijo, Bimbo Akintola, Shola Shobowale, Tunji Bamishigbin and Liz Benson.
Produced in 1998, the movie entertained us with the story of Chidi, a gifted boy who gains admission into the university. He makes friends with the wrong clique and joins a cult which cajoles him into stealing a dead woman's ring.
With Tope Tedela replacing Bamishigbin, we would totally love a TV series with all of the original cast.
