Here's our top 5 list of Monalisa Chinda's films in no particular order.

On screen diva, . Since her debut into acting in 1993, Chinda has starred in over 200 films and in several stage plays. In celebration of the Nollywood actress, Pulse Nigeria had put together an interesting list of 5 movies starring the leading lady.

1. "Weekend Gataway"

Things get really interesting when a wealthy cougar, a bored bachelor and a married couple all head to a weekend getaway in Akwa Ibom. The romantic drama sees the actress working alongside Genevieve Nnaji, Uti Nwachukwu, Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo, and Alex Ekubo. Chinda was also one of the producers of this film.

2. "Okon Lagos"

In this Uduak Isong Oguamanam production, the UN ambassador stars alongside comic actor Ime Bishop Umoh. Although she plays a serious character, their interaction in the movie is amusing.

3. “Kiss and Tell”

The award-winning actress plays a double role of producer and actress in this Desmond Elliot directed film. The film, which premiered in 2011, was Chinda’s debut production.

4. "Lagos Cougars"

The University of Port Harcourt alumnus plays the role of one of three women who gets involves with a much younger man.

5. "Torn"

The film starring Chinda, Ireti Doyle, Julius Agwu and Jospeh Benjamin has been described as a “psychological thriller” film. The movie received nominations for Director of the Year, Movie of the Year, Best Edited Movie, Best Screenplay, and Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2013 Best of Nollywood awards.
