Mo' Abudu Media mogul premiere movie ‘fifty’ in London

The movie tells a story of four Nigeria women who try getting their groove back despite being 50. They took inventory of their personal lives, while juggling careers and family against the sprawling backdrops of the upper middle-class neighbourhoods of Ikoyi and Victoria Island in Lagos.

Media entrepreneur Mo Abudu‘s Ebony Life’s new movie is set to premiere at the London film festival tonight. Saturday, 17 October, 2015. at the Vue 7 Cinema, Leicester Square, London.

Earlier this year, 'Fifty' was selected under the ‘Love Category’ amongst a diverse selection of films and events on the BFI London Festival programme.

The movie tells a story of four Nigerian women who try getting their groove back despite being 50. They took inventory of their personal lives, while juggling careers and family against the sprawling backdrops of the upper middle-class neighbourhoods of Ikoyi and Victoria Island in Lagos.

Produced by MO Abudu, directed by much admired filmmaker Biyi Bandele, produced by Tope Oshin Ogun, with Malcom McLean as director of photography.

'Fifty' will premiere in Nigeria on the 13th of December 2015 at The Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
