The actress left McKinley High behind her on Sunday, but she didn't leave everything behind.
Lea shared undefined with the caption "one last thing," alongside a snapshot of herself exiting with a piece of momento; the famous football jersey won by her late partner and co-star Cory Monteith.
Monteith and Michele met on the set of "Glee," and began dating in 2011. The couple were together at the time of Cory's demise in July 2013.
