23-yr-old wins ''Top Actor Africa"

Suntele wins $10 000, a 12-month contract with international talent agency J. Pervis Talent Agency, and access to Hollywood auditions.

The 23-year-old beat fellow contestants Shamilla Miller (South Africa) and Alex Khayo (Kenya) in the final episode of the series to emerge the winner.

Suntele was awarded a cheque for $10 000, a 12-month contract with international talent agency J. Pervis Talent Agency, and access to Hollywood auditions.

“I'm extremely proud of myself and of the other finalists, Shamilla and Alex. Those two will never know how much they pushed me and played a part in how hard I had to work for this. They won't ever know the impact they've made in my life and I'm grateful to have met them and I'm honoured to be an actor alongside them," Suntele said.

Season two of the reality show which premiered on March 1, kicked off with three Nigerian contestants as part of the twelve upcoming actors on the show from South Africa and Kenya.

The three Nigerians: Radio presenter Tobechi Nneji, upcoming musician Uriel Oputa, and TV actor Ifeanyi Dike, were all evicted.
