The Rivers State born actor passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2006 in a ghastly auto accident.

The unfortunate incident happened when the actor alongside two of his colleagues were returning from a location after shooting late into the night.

The movie which never saw the light of the day, was a collaboration between Michael Ofuonye and Teddy Sir Moris.
