In episode 2 of "Game of Thrones" 6th season, Ramsay Bolton killed his father, stepmother and stepbrother to secure his birthright.
In episode 2 titled "Home," Ramsey Bolton killed his father, step mother and stepbrother to secure his birthright.
In an exclusive interview with EW, Iwan Rheon who plays the sadistic character, explained his actions.
“It shows a level of ambition we’ve not yet seen,” he said. “His problem solving is quite basic. It’s very similar to how a lot of how totalitarian dictators solve their problems by getting rid of anybody in their way, with a very Stalin-y way of doing it.”
“His stepmother gives birth to a baby boy, and that’s alarm bells right there, and his father’s warned him about his uncertain place in the family after losing his bride Sansa Stark. Instead of maybe trying to wait and see, it’s, ‘You have to go, mate, sorry.’
Rheon also spoke on his decision to kill his stepmom; “It’s not calculated, it’s reactionary, and it has an effect on him, which he didn’t expect," he said.
Ramsay Bolton was formerly known as "Ramsay Snow" and is sometimes called "The Bastard of Bolton." The character is widely regarded as the most evil villain in the series, taking after King Joffrey Baratheon.
On the episode titled "Home," it was also revealed that the much loved character Jon Snow is alive.
