TV network set to celebrate International Men’s Day

To celebrate International Men’s Day, GOtv is bringing subscribers “Hardcore Heroes” on Discovery World on Thursday, November 19.

Will Smith in The Pursuit of Happiness.

In this month of November, GOtv through its Discovery World channel, is set to celebrate men with the broadcast of a series of programming that revel in masculinity.

The heroes in Hollywood action films seem almost superhuman; they dodge bullets, take out the bad guys and save the damsel in distress, but of course, they’re fictional characters.

The real heroes are everyday people - diehard to the max, willing to risk their lives for others and laugh at the sight of danger.

To celebrate International Men’s Day, GOtv brings subscribers “Hardcore Heroes” on Discovery World onThursday, November 19, at 9:00pm, local time.

“At GOtv we understand that for our subscribers, going home means going to great family entertainment.

From now through the festive season, GOtv willtake subscribers on an unforgettable journey filled with, laughter, adventure and loads of fun for the whole family," GOtv’s public relations manager, Efe Obiomah said.
