In the finale of the penultimate season, the Night King got to ride an undead dragon, Dany and Jon Snow finally had sex, and Jaime disobeyed his sister for the first time.
Also, the White Walkers finally destroyed the wall, paving way for the epic beginning of the battle we have all been waiting for.
The only safe character is probably Littlefinger, who was killed by Arya to most viewers' satisfaction.
The final season of "Game of Thrones" is expected to debut in 2018 or 2019, with just six episodes.
