Release date set for movie sequel

Reports have it that, JK Rowling, who made her screen writing debut on "Fantastic Beasts", will also script the sequel.

This comes after the first film, starring Eddie Redmayne, is due in cinemas. Reports have it that, JK Rowling, who made her screen writing debut on "Fantastic Beasts", will also script the sequel.

According to Warner Bros the movie "moves deeper into an increasingly dark time for the wizarding world".

David Yates, director of the final four Harry Potter films and Fantastic Beasts, will also direct this one.

Rowling previously said the Fantastic Beasts films, based on her book of the same name, would be a trilogy.

It would be released in the UK and US on November 18 this year.
