For the fourth week in a row, Fox’s record breaking TV series ‘Empire, has dipped in ratings.

The show pulled in 12.2 million viewers for its Wednesday Season 2’s fourth episode, titled ‘Poor Yorick.’

The also show pulled in a 4.6 rating in the all important adults 18-49 demo. That's down from 12.9 million viewers and a 5.0 last week.

'Empire's ratings have been declining since this season's premiere episode, which was down by the season 1 finale episode.

However, despite the dropping, it's still the most popular network show of the night, earning the highest number of viewers and biggest in-demo rating.

New episode of ‘Empire’ will air on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
