For the fourth week in a row, Fox's hit TV series has failed to keep up with its season 1 finale ratings record.

The show pulled in 12.2 million viewers for its Wednesday Season 2’s fourth episode, titled ‘Poor Yorick.’
The also show pulled in a 4.6 rating in the all important adults 18-49 demo. That's down from 12.9 million viewers and a 5.0 last week.

'Empire's ratings have been declining since this season's premiere episode, which was down by the season 1 finale episode.
