Actress talks challenges of being in the spotlight

Being a celebrity has its benefits, as well as challenges.

In an exclusive interview with Pulse Nigeria, Nollywood actress and singer, Dayo Amusa, dished out on some of the challenges that comes with being in the spotlight.

Speaking on earlier challenges, the 'Unforgivable' actress said;

"In the beginning, trying to convince producers, make them believe in you. Also trying to carve a niche for yourself in the industry."

Speaking on present challenges, the actress also listed Journalists as part of the challenges celebrities face;

"Journalists are also part of the challenges we are facing as celebrities. Maybe they are in the bar, and they get a gossip, they don't take their time to do some findings.

"They just go ahead and put it up there."

The actress also added that there are certain places celebrities would have loved to visit ordinary, but can't, because of how they are perceived in the society.
