"Captain America: Civil War" has beat "Star Wars :The Awaken" to become the most viewed debut trailer of all time, and also for any Marvel movie.

The trailer was launched by Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Tuesday, November 24, 2015.
The Marvel record was previously held by the first trailer for "Avengers: Age of Ultron," which debuted to 34 million views in 2014.
Generally, the trailer became the most viewed debut trailer by beating "Star Wars : The Force Awakens" first teaser trailer which was the previous record holder with 55 million views.
The all-time "most viewed trailer in a day" is held by the second trailer for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" trailer, which debuted with 128 million views in 24hours.
