Burial arrangements announced for late veteran actor
The Oyo State Government has announced the burial arrangements for the late veteran, Adebayo Faleti.

His funeral will kick off on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 with a day of tributes and performances at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
There would be a commendation service on Wednesday, September 6, at the Salem Baptist Church, Yemetu.
On Thursday, September 7, there will be a lying-in-state at his residence in Ile Akede by 10am, and at NTA Ibadan by 11am.
On the same Thursday, his remains would leave for Oyo town for a Service of Songs at the First Baptist Church, Isokun.
There would also be an Artist Night at Plaza De Haruna, Oyo by 8pm.
The final burial ceremony service for the late veteran will be on Friday, September 8, 2017, at the First Baptist Church, Isokun. Internment will follow immediately at Agboye Village, Oyo state.
Celebrities including Wole Soyinka, Governor Rauf Aregbesola of State of Osun, Bimbo Akintola among others who were influenced by his creativity, had paid tribute to Faleti after his death.
Faleti passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at the age of 86.
He was the author of the award winning book "Eda Ko L’aropin".
Faleti was also known for translating Nigeria's national anthem from English to Yoruba language.
