On finding good roles in Nollywood;

"I have had to turn down quite a bit of roles in this industry. An issue that this industry does have is that they like to typecast. They like to make people play the same role all the time. Some directors don't challenge actors, and so we keep pushing someone to the same role all the time. You have a hard time looking at the person the same way in every single film. All the roles that I try to go for are things that are different, not always the American, innocent looking girl or mean person."

On roles she won't play;

"To be honest, I think I can play any role except for something that is going to make me be like full frontal and backward naked. I don't think I can do that. Unless you're paying like a good billion dollars, I might consider it. But other than that, no."

On how she gets into character, the actress revealed that she studies the character, and then reads the full script to understand other characters.

The actress also spoke on which she prefers between TV and theatre. According to her, film is fun, but it's annoying taking 10 takes for one line. She also revealed that she would be going back to theatre as she misses it.
