Games Of Thrones Season Four Trailer Released

There’ll be no honeymoon period in the aftermath of The Red Wedding.

HBO has released the first trailer for Season Four of the mind blowing TV series “Game of Thrones”. The trailer came out Sunday night  showing that even in a world that has a rapidly dwindling population of Starks, there is plenty of misery to go around.

Sandwiched between briefly glimpsed sword-fighting scenes, is the introduction of a major new character, the Red Viper, aka Oberyn Martell (Pedro Pascal), a warrior who’s out to hunt some lions, so to speak.

Perhaps the most intriguing visual is the site of Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) in chains, tipping off readers of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” that another big shocker from the books is looming this season.“It's tempting to see your enemies as evil, but there's good and evil on both sides of every war ever fought,” Joran Mormont (Iain Glen) counsels his liege, Daenerys (Emilia Clarke).

“They have a choice, they can live in my new world or they can die in their old one,” she retorts, showing she is growing almost as much as her dragons.

“I don't think I'm talking my way out of this one,” Tyrion says.

The new season starts on April 6. In the meantime, check out the trailer here.
