The fourth season of CW'spremiered on Wednesday, October 7, 2015.

From a face-to-face introduction of Damien Darhk to lovable Olicity moments, and even a heartbreaking moment, the episode was everything and more.

1. What's not to love about Oliver and Felicity?

The episode kicked off five months later, following Oliver and Felicity driving off in season 3 finale.

Everything is so perfect for the couple - Oliver was about proposing to her! Oliver's proposal was interrupted by Thea and Laurel, who came to ask for their help in defeating the season's villain, Damien Darhk.

2. Diggle isn't over his feud with Oliver.

Diggle is yet to forgive Oliver for  kidnapping his wife in the previous season of show. Also, Diggle purposefully withheld the fact that he knows H.I.V.E., and that they actually killed his brother (guess he's taking lessons from Oliver.)

3. Thea is teetering on the edge of control!

Have you been wondering why every dead person hasn't been dipped in the Lazarus Pit? That must be because it comes with repercussions.

Thea who got dipped in the Lazarus Pit and was brought back to life in the last season, seem to be suffering the after effects.

4. Lance is working with Darhk!

So, the 1st first episode of this season made a face-to-face introduction of Damien Darhk, and you won't believe who's helping him out.

Detective Lance is helping out Darkh and H.I.V.E. While  there are speculations that Lance is being coerced, fans would just have to keep watching to find out.

5. In seven months time, Oliver would lose someone he loves.

The episode came to an end with a seven-month flash forward to Oliver standing over a grave, griefing.

Barry turns up at the graveside, apologizing for missing the funeral.
