While the newly released trailer could be a guide to the focus of the upcoming season, it could also be a trick to distract viewers.

FX CEO John Landgraf had earlier revealed that the teasers are intentionally misleading viewers, as only one of the trailers reveals the true focus of the season.

An earlier teaser had featured a hidden farmhouse with a smoke problem, and had fans speculating that the upcoming season will be based on a murder, Texas chainsaw and lots of murder.

The last season of show titled "American Horror Story: Hotel," featured Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Chloë Sevigny, Denis O’Hare, Cheyenne Jackson, Evan Peters and Finn Wittrock.
