Series renewed for season 2

Have you been following the latest TV series “American Gods?” Starz has renewed the fantasy drama for a second season.

American Gods

"American Gods," which made its debut on April 30, 2017, is a TV series based on the novel of the same name, written by Neil Gaiman.

The television series was developed by Bryan Fuller and Michael Green for Starz Cable network.

In "American Gods," a recently released ex-convict named Shadow meets a mysterious man who calls himself "Wednesday" and who knows more than he first seems to about Shadow's life and past.

Wednesday who appears to only need Shadow as a bodyguard is the god Odin, who is making his way across America and gathering all the old gods, who have now incorporated themselves into American life, to confront the New Gods.

"American Gods" stars Ian McShane, Ricky Whittle, Emily Browning, Pablo Schrieber, Jonathan Tucker, Cloris Leachman, Peter Stormare, Kristin Chenoweth, Yetide Badak among others.

The second season of "American Gods" is expected to debut in 2018.
