The popular Kannywood actor, Adam Zango, has decided to concentrate on singing and producing songs.
The multiple award-winning actor took to Instagram to announce that he is quitting Kannywood for the music industry.
In a post written in Hausa, the actor said, ” I am writing this message to you all fans, producers, actors, directors and to also beg that you forgive me, from today I have quit acting. I will now only concentrate on singing and producing songs.”
Recently, Zango received awards from Abalak Association, Republic of Niger. He also received an award for “excellence in entertainment industry” from Wazobia.
His exit comes after Rahama's exit from the Hausa film industry.
According to a statement issued on Sunday, October 2, 2016, by the Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Sadau was expelled for featuring in a romantic music video by Jos born singer, ClassiQ.
Zango has featured in movies and music including "Ramlat," "Dan Kuka" "Skelebe," "Gambara," among others.
