Members of former friends, Wendy Williams and NeNe Leakes' entourage got into a bitter fight as both attended the Atlanta's Ultimate Women's Expo on May 3 in Atlanta. Reports say the cops had to be called to swiftly intervene.

According to DailyMail, the drama began immediately upon Wendy’s arrival, when her husband, Kevin Hunter,noticed the talk show host’s dressing room was right next door to NeNe’s.

A source tells the site: ''Kevin was adamant that he wanted his wife nowhere near NeNe. He told them to move her as far away as possible.''

Wendy took the stage and shared with the audience 'ten rules every woman should live by.' NeNe followed, and threw some shade at her old pal by saying, ''I’m your home girl. I live my life as an open book and I’m happy I don’t need ten rules to live by!''

Wendy's husband then tried to get on stage during NeNe's speech yelling, ''Get her motherf—— ass off the stage. We don’t f— with her! Cut that b—-‘s mic off!'' But NeNe continued her speech, unaware of the chaos ensuing.

''By the time Kevin and Wendy got through the other side of the curtains, the event organizers and security were waiting for them and four police offers escorted them off the premises and to their waiting car,” the source continued.

NeNe later addressed the situation on Watch What Happens Live saying: ''I didn’t even see Wendy or her husband today. But a lot happened backstage with her husband, I heard. Just because I was on stage, he went completely crazy.''
