US actress Sanaa Lathan denies biting singer at a party

Comedian Tiffany Haddish said she got angry after Beyonce confirmed to her that she was indeed bitten by an actress.

A US comedian, Tiffany Haddish, had revealed in an interview with GQ magazine that an actress bit Beyoncé on the face at a bar back in December while they were all at a party together.

Haddish, however, did not disclose the identity of the woman.

She recalled the incident, "So Beyoncé stormed away… went up to Jay-Z, and was like, 'Jay! Come here! This bitch…' and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. I was like, 'What just happened?' And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, 'Can you believe this bitch just bit Beyoncé?’"

Haddish said she got angry after Beyonce confirmed to her that she was indeed bitten by the actress in question.

"She gonna get her ass beat tonight,'" Haddish recalled telling Beyonce. "She was like, 'Tiffany, no. Don't do that. That b--ch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The b--ch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.'"

Reacting to the story, Beyonce's spokesperson was said to have denied knowledge of it.

"I absolutely cannot comment on any of this, as I have no knowledge," the singer's rep told GQ.

However, multiple sources are alleging that Lathan was the actress that bit Beyonce, claiming that she was a guest at the party too.

Lathan has since denied the story on Twitter, saying "...if I did it would've been a lovely bite".
