The estranged husband of Toyin Aimakhu claimed he's still married to the actress as he wrote, "Bigamy is a punishable offence ooo," after recently sharing photos via his Instagram page, flaunting an alleged new secret lover.
He took to Instagram to share the photo of his alleged proposal and wrote, "I hope these press guys know there is law in this country? Bigamy is a punishable offense o.... the blind can see this is a movie set.. when person really wan do something serious how will people believe one? Abeg o.. na film... love u guys notwithstanding but love my FAN-MILY more. The title of the film is #RISK#... produced by @mimisola1..u'll love it."

Meanwhile, Adeniyi Johnson, seems to have finally moved on from her since their marriage felt apart in 2015 over cheating allegations.
