Khloe Kardashian, French Montana Go On 'Relationship Break'

A source says Montana was too "needy" and "became so dependent" on the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" starlet.

Khloe Kardashian is reportedly taking some space from her rapper beau French Montana saying she 'needs to breathe a little.'

A source tells Us Weekly, "They are on a break,... The relationship got too heavy and Khloe needed to take a step back." Addiing that, "She just wants time apart from him."

The two's whirlwind romance began shortly after Kardashian's highly publicized split from basketball player husband of four years Lamar Odom in late Dec. 2013.

According to another source, Montana was too "needy" and "became so dependent" on the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" starlet.

Montana admitted to capitalizing on their relationship to boost his career during an August Interview with Billboard magazine,"I want to capitalize on it," the South-Bronx raised rapper told the mag.

He later denied claiming his words were taken out of context. He later said he wasn't using Khloe but confirmed he'll do anything that makes her happy.
