Celebrities who didn't vote on Nigeria's election day

The big day finallyarrived on March 27, 2015 when Nigerians went out to cast their vote for the Nigerian presidential elections however some notable celebrities were absent.

On Saturday March 27, 2015 Nigeria held the presidential elections. All acredited Nigerians with their permanent voters card (PVC) where expected to go out and vote for the candidate of their choice.

Some Nigerian celebrities where notably absent from the country on that day implying that they were not in the country to cast their votes.

Davido Adeleke, 22-year-old HKN Gang leading artiste was away in Kenya to perform at a concert in Kenya.

Flavour Nabania was away in London where he performed at the Dance Afrique concert over the weekend. Fellow Nigerian artistes Tiwa Savage, Psquare and Nollywood actress Funke Akindele also attended the show.

Popular OAP, Toke Makinwa was also absent from the country on election day as she is currently in China.

Wizkid is another celebrity who didn't vote during the elections, he is in Dubai where he performed at the Industry Nite Dubai on March 26, 2015.

However, some Nigerian musicians where seen performing their civic rites on the election day. Banky W flew back to Nigeria from Capetown, South Africa in time to cast his votes. Also spotted voting were fuji singer Pasuma Wonder, Mo Abudu, Kunle Afolayan, Mo'Cheddah, Timi Dakolo and others.
