Rapper to be arrested on felony charge

The LA County D.A say the rapper has been charged with 1 count of making criminal threats to an off duty LAPD officer in March 2015.

A Los Angeles judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of The Game who has recently been slammed with a felony charge for his involvement in a fight on a basketball game back in March.

According to the legal documents filed by the L.A County D.A this week, the rapper has been charged with one count of making criminal threats which reportedly came when he allegedly told an off duty LAPD officer: ''I'm going to kill you''.

TMZ earlier broke the story reporting that Game and the cop got into a confrontation in March during a league hoops game in L.A. Game wasn't charged with battery despite seen punching a guy in a released security footage.

Law enforcement sources say the punch would have just been a misdemeanor as opposed to the felony for threats but Game denies making the threat and claims the cop insinuated he had a gun in his gym bag.
