Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay was recently in Johannesburg, South Africa it looks like she had one hell of a time!

The crooner took to Instagram yesterday, July 4, 2016 sharing photos of herself swimming with the Dolphins.

"I'll be Swimming with Dolphins #JA," she captioned a shot.

Shay apparently has no qualms getting close to a dolphin.



On June 19, 2016, Seyi Shay was dragged under the bus for claiming that the song ‘One Dance’ was originally Wizkid’s song before Drake took it and used it as a single for his ‘Views’ album.

She made the statement when she was interviewed on Jamaican television. The backlash was so bad that Seyi Shay had to apologize.

Meanwhile, Seyi Shay is now a proud owner of a piece of land.

The songstress took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 to share a photo of herself and Dr Akin Olowokere.

She is one of top celebrities in Nigeria who have been allotted plots of land in recognition of their success in the entertainment industry, an initiative of a former board chairman of lands and housing, Ondo State, Dr Akin Olowookere, in order in association with the Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing & Urban Development.

Seyi Shay’s new property is located in the highbrow area of the Federal Capital City.

According to reports, the land gift is an attempt to encourage the creativity of Nigerian entertainers. The singer is not the first to enjoy the privilege, as notable stars like Ayo Adesanya, Kiss Daniel, Kcee, Harrysongz and 2Face Idibia have benefited from the initiative.
