The 32-year-old has revealed that living without his girlfriend, Kourtney and his kids has only brought him pain and depression.

In a new promo for their upcoming season, the father-of-three is confronted by Kourt, Kim, Khloe and Kris Jenner about his drinking and alleged cheating.

"It breaks my heart to see her in pain," momager Kris tells Scott as Kourtney and sisters Kim and Khloé silently cry in the background.

"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys to having nobody," Scott, who was recently spotted cozying up to an 18-year-old, replies. "I f--ked up. I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life."

Scott obviously showed a much more emotional side… even worse than after he lost both of his parents within a span of three months back in 2013/early 2014.
