According to Us Weekly, the American Idol host and Cruz, 26, first met at Seacrest's star-studded 40th birthday bash in Napa, California back in February.
The pair got to know more about each other as they partied alongside Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Randy Jackson, and Paula Abdul.

Cruz won Miss Teen USA in 2007 and has appeared in the TV movies Beautiful & Twisted and Sand Sharks.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians executive producer and new lover were spotted on a dinner date at West Hollywood's Il Piccolino on May 10, as we earlier reported.
Seacrest has once been linked to beautiful women like Julianne Hough and Shayna Taylor.
