Late actor's home up for sale at $25.9m

Is the dead star's family already letting go of his properties months after his death?

The late Robin Williams' estate is up for grabs at a reduced rate! Looks like his family won't be able to maintain his 639-acre property and are ready to let go.

According to Hollywood Report, the Nepa estate of the diseased star dropped from $35 million in 2012 to recently $25.9 million. However, earlier this year, it was placed at $29.9 million, website Zillow reports.

Williams had named his home 'Villa Sorriso' (Villa of Smiles) and features rolling hills, olive tree, lap pools, a nine-stall horse barn, tennis court, hiking trails and a spring-fed pond for bass fishing and a working vineyard.

The Villa also comprises of five large bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a screening room and a climate-controlled storage for wine and art. As well as a caretaker's house with four bedrooms.
