The 28-year-old star, who has been living a secluded lifestyle away from his family, sported basketball shorts, high tops, and a baggy shirt for his outing at burger chain In 'N' Out, and then headed to a friend's house in Encino.
His mother Kris Jenner recently admitted she fears 'he is going to die' if she doesn't intervene with professional help, after he gained 100lbs amid a deep depression.
We understand Kris' fears especially after another young man who featured in the Kardashian family's reality TV empire Jamie Sangouthai, 37, died on Sunday from drug related complications.
