Waka queen reunites with former lover Sir Kollington Ayinla

The former lovers reunited at the last day Fidau Fidau and burial ceremony of the Queen Salawa Abeni 's mother in Epe, last Sunday.

 

Remember Sir Kollington Ayinla and Queen Salawa Abeni the two Fuji giants who got married in the 1980's, and their marriage spectacularly crashed leading to name calling on songs?

Yes, these two veteran legends are back together according to a report by Vanguard after years of separation.

The former lovers reunited at the last day Fidau and burial ceremony of the Queen Salawa Abeni 's mother in Epe, last Sunday.

“ With open arms and courtesy, Queen Salawa Abeni welcomed Kollington to the event, attended also by other Fuji and Apala artistes including Adewale Ayuba, Shefiu Alao, Atawewe and other” additionally reports E24-7.

Observers said that the Waka queen and Kollington displayed affection and intimacy. Kollington sat close to Salawa Abeni and held hands during the ceremony.

In an earlier interview Kollington said he and Salawa Abeni are still couples. “We are husband and wife. She does not have a child for anybody else other than myself. I’m her bonafide owner and we are together till death do us apart.”

Kollington Ayinla is the father of Salawa Abeni's only two children.
