Actress to testify for Robin Thicke in Blurred Lines copyright infringement case

Iisn't it funny that she's going through a very painful divorce in the public eye with the same man she's now expected to stand by in a major legal battle in court?

Robin Thicke's estranged wife Paula Patton has been called to testify in the 'Blurred Lines' copyright infringement case filed against the singer by the Marvin Gaye family.

The 37-year-old British singer was sued for allegedly ripping off Gaye's song "Got To Give It Up" in order to create his hit track "Blurred Lines" in 2013, co-produced by Pharrell Williams.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Robin's ex is listed as a witness for the case which still looks like it's heading to trial. Marvin Gaye III and Robin have been warring over 'Blurred Lines' and other Thicke's tunes. Paula is also expected to testify about the 2011 song, "Love After War" ... which Gaye thinks copies Marvin's "After the Dance." Paula appeared in the song's video, and sources say she co-wrote it with Robin.

Wow, isn't it funny that she's going through a very painful divorce in the public eye with the same man she's now expected to stand by in a major legal battle in court? We just wonder what Paula will do
