Star singer turns a year older today

The Nigerian singer turns a year older today, January 5, 2014, and he has a number of reasons to celebrate and give thanks.

Popular Nigerian singer, Oritse Femi has a lot to celebrate as he turns a year older today.

The singer took to his Instagram page to share a photo of him in celebratory mood, having a gathering with select friends, family and fans, with the caption, “Happy birthday to me......my self by my self..... I wish my self unlimited success in dis new year....abundant blessings nd God uncommon protection in my dear life”.

The past year has been extremely favourable to the singer, getting mass acceptance for his hit single, ‘Double wahala’, and with top follow up songs also getting rave reviews. A high point of the year has been his signing with Avatar entertainment.

Also making this celebration special is the gratitude in his heart following his near-death experience, in December 2014.  Oritsefemi narrowly escaped death in a horrible car crash which left his manager, Dankun hospitalised.
