"They never hung out together" says 'Ije' cinematographer

Keith L. Smith who was the cinematographer of the movie 'Ije' which starred Omotola and Genevieve has revealed the relationship between both stars on the set of the movie.

Much has been said about the rivalry between the two Nollywood goddesses Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and Genevieve Nnaji.

A new view of the relationship between the two movie stars has been given by a man who has worked with the two of them.

Keith L. Smith who was the cinematographer of the movie '' which starred Omotola and Genevieve has revealed the relationship between both stars on the set of the movie.

"Let me tell you something: it was amazing. I did not see it, but I felt it. However, they were very professional with the way they got along. I knew there was something between them, and I had heard of it. But when they got in front of the camera, they put all that behind them, but whenever they finished their scenes, they went their separate ways" he said.

"They both had their groups, and they were just distant. There wasn’t friction, but I noticed that they were apart from one another. They never hung out together. However, they’re both big stars" he further said.

Keith L. Smith has worked on several movies such as 'The Wash', 'The Sex Monster', Revival!, and 'The Taker'.

'Ije' was released in 2010.
