'Silly youths trekking their futures way,' actress goes hard on Nigerian youths

The tweet is coming barely 24 hours after the Monday, May 11, 2015 where the actress queried the country's state in a tweet saying, 'Endless Queues for fuel,No electricity and power surges causing fire outbreaks! WHY?'

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has vented her anger on some Nigerian youths that are trekking to celebrate the victory of the Nigerian president elect and some elected state governors.

In an anger tweet on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, Omotola wondered why the youths are trekking their futures away to celebrate elected politicians while they suffer and languish in poverty.

"Silly youths trekking their futures way. You don't trek to bring awareness to your suffering plights but trek to celebrate politicians?Smh!" she wrote.

It should be noted that the actress was one of the few top celebrities that refused supporting or publicly endorsing any political candidate and later on took to her twitter handle to claim some politicians are begging her to endorse their candidacies.
