Actress calls her son a hard worker as he turns 17 today

In her Instagram post dedicated to her first son she praised his hardworking ethic, and said he inspires her to work harder.

Nollywood superstar Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has written a lovely message to her son, Michael Junior Ekeinde who turns 17 years old today (August 20).

In her Instagram post dedicated to her first son she praised his hardworking ethic, and said he inspires her to work harder.

"Happy birthday @iamcaptainE ! I have not met a young person as Hardworking as this kid. I was an early starter myself , started working at age 15/16 but mine was out of need... This kid started working,buying his own equipments from school jobs and pocket monies from age 13! I salute and pray for you son, you always say I inspire you , am not sure I've ever told you but "You" inspire and encourage me hardworker, God bless and keep you. Love you much!   still #Africasyoungestmusicproducer #17 #Thetakeoff" she wrote in the caption of the picture of her son.

MJ Ekeinde is a music producer who goes by the name Captain E. On his Instagram account he wrote his birthday message thanking God, and his family and friends for their support. He also wrote that he will never stop working hard. "Today is my birthday..just want to thank God for everything he has done in my life...also want to thank family and friends for the support..will continue to work hard...always" wrote Captain E.

Both mother and son have been on promo rounds around Lagos radio station as as of late. They were at Cool FM yesterday (August 19). On August 7 Omotola and her kids were at Rhythm 93.7 in Lekki.

Captain E is producing new songs for his famous mother. In an interview with Vanguard she spoke about having her son producer her. "That boy is very strict. It just felt weird because I am a control freak so sometimes when he is getting too hard on me I tell him: “No! I am the mummy here”.We just work it out somehow. I guess that is why the songs are not yet done" she said.
